Welcome to Sipn! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sipn website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using Sipn, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use Sipn, as the Platform is centered around alcoholic beverages and nightlife. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

• Contains offensive, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful material
• Violates the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights
• Promotes underage drinking or unsafe consumption of alcohol

5. Messaging System

The Platform includes a private messaging system allowing users to communicate. You agree not to use this system for:

• Harassment, threats, or abuse of any kind
• Unsolicited promotions or spam
• Sharing illegal or explicit content

We reserve the right to monitor and moderate communications as necessary to enforce these Terms and ensure user safety.

6. Loyalty & Rewards Program

By enrolling in our paid loyalty program, you gain access to exclusive rewards, including points redeemable for free drinks and special promotions. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Abuse of the program may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or Sipn systems

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Sipn at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (excluding User Content), including logos, design, graphics, and software, is the property of Sipn and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any portion of the Platform without our express written consent.

Sipn is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform. Use it at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sipn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, account suspension, or third-party interactions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sipn, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts located in Sacramento County, California.
